New Beginnings Dog Rescue was founded in 2016 by Jean and Billy Morgan. Jean and Billy (Pop) always had an affection for their animals, and were always quick to spend time and resources to help animals in need. Whether it was a stray dog that wondered into their yard that needed food, or an injured dog that needed emergency veterinary care, dogs were never denied the care that they needed. This passion for animals naturally evolved into what is today a 5013c Non-Profit organization that is supported by the estate of Jean Morgan, and generous donations from other caring dog lovers, as well as other dog-friendly organizations
