New Beginnings Dog Rescue was founded in 2016 by Jean and Billy Morgan.  Jean and Billy (Pop) always had an affection for their animals, and were always quick to spend time and resources to help other animals in need.  Whether it was a stray dog that wandered into their yard that needed food, or an injured dog that needed emergency veterinary care, dogs were never denied the care that they needed.  This passion for animals naturally evolved into what is today a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is supported by Jean since the passing of "Pop", along with other generous dog lovers.
